Saturday October 17

Meet your ALLSINGLESTRAVEL.COM tour escort Todd Puig at JFK airport in New York.  Your tour escort is bi-lingual and has a wealth of experience in Spanish culture, having spent a year living in the country. He will be with you for the entire duration of your trip.

Depart New York JFK on Delta flight 126 at 7:35 pm nonstop to Madrid.

Dinner served during Trans-Atlantic flight.

 

Sunday October 18

After breakfast, arrive Madrid at 9:35 am.

After clearing Customs, meet your local Spanish tour guide and enjoy a morning panoramic tour of Madrid, visiting its highlights. Following our tour, we will check into our 4 star hotel.  The balance of the afternoon is at leisure to explore this fascinating city.

Monday October 19

After breakfast, meet your tour guide for a morning guided visit to the world-famous Prado Museum. The Prado, is arguably the top museum, after Paris’ Louvre in the world, housing priceless works of art in all styles.

At the end of the tour, the group will be dropped off at the Plaza Major - Madrid's lively square with many shops and restaurants for the afternoon at leisure.

Overnight Madrid.

 

Tuesday October 20

After breakfast, meet your tour guide for a full day sightseeing tour starting with Avila, the medieval walled city. Group will enjoy walking around the old city and will marvel at the magnificently preserved 11th century walls. Continue onto Segovia with its great Roman aqueduct which dominates the center of the town. After lunch on own, visit the Alcazar Castle - from where Walt Disney originally derived his inspiration for the Magic Kingdom.

At end of the tour, drive back to Madrid. The group can be dropped off back at the hotel or at the Plaza Major to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Overnight Madrid.

Wednesday October 21

After breakfast, meet your tour guide for a morning guided sightseeing tour of the fabulous ancient walled city of Toledo. During your walking tour you will have a chance to visit the famous painter El Greco's home. Overnight Madrid.

Thursday October 22

After breakfast, meet your escort and depart for the medieval city of Zaragosa.

On arrival Zaragosa, enjoy an orientation tour of the city with its beautiful buildings followed by check in to our 4 star hotel. Overnight Zaragosa.

 

Friday October 23

After breakfast, depart Zaragosa for Barcelona. En route visit Montserrat, the Benedictine monastery town in the mountains. Continue onto Barcelona where we will check in to our 4 star hotel for overnight.

Saturday October 24

After breakfast, meet your tour guide for a morning guided sightseeing tour of Barcelona.

This city hosted the 1992 Olympic Games and is one of the most fascinating cities in the world.  Its Catalyan heritage and scenic views on the coastline along with its famous landmarks including Gaudi's spectacular Sagrada Familia Cathedral and Guell Park, make it a treasure for sightseeing.

After the tour the group will be dropped off at Las Ramblas - Barcelona's lively Boulevard, where you can watch mimes at work, stroll through shopping, outdoor cafes and more. It is where everyone gathers for shopping, dining and people watching.

Sunday October 25

After breakfast, enjoy your final day free - Visit one of the beaches of Barcelona, or stroll through Guell Park at your leisure to further see the statues of Guadi along its scenic walking trails.  If you wish, visit the Picasso museum, home to some of the legendary Spanish painter’s great works and learn more about his fascinating life. 

 Overnight Barcelona.

After breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Airport for your nonstop flight back to New York- DL 95 departs at 10:00 am. Arrive New York JFK at 12:40 pm.
